Hey everyone! Did a video here for ya today- Just thought I’d say hi from my patio while Liz and I were out soaking up some sun and loving life. I have a tip for ya in here that may help a couple of different parts of your life- mental as well as physical! Click the video to watch:

I started this morning feeling like 10 pounds of hammered crap in a five pound bag. I have many chronic medical issues  some of which cause me to be prone to chronic nagging pain at times, especially when I first get up in the morning, and especially when it is cold, or I have become chilled.

The way I felt this particular morning was one of the rougher mornings lately because it is still winter/spring here in Florida. Despite the sunny days, there are cold nights and mornings. It was 35 degrees overnight last night before the video and it didn't really warm up until mid afternoon.

So when i got up, my hamstrings had shortened up because I am not bendy by nature ( I;m about as bendy as the leaf spring on a dump truck...)

You see, I kinda screwed myself because when I went to bed it was fairly warm still, I had worn a t shirt and shorts to bed, and put a couple of light blankets on, but when the temp dropped during the night, the blankets didn't help, I got cold, and woke up looking like a curled up 270 caterpillar!

I had to go to the gym at that time so that I could get on with the rest of the day and juggle the use of the car (since we have an RV

and can tow only one car, we are essentially a one car household) for my wife to use later while I was working here online.

So I had two choices, go to the gym- or make an excuse to stay in bed until it got warm enough to stretch out and shower in order to de stretch myself because of my pain.

Instead, i got up, put on warm clothes and took off to the gym in the car with the heater and seat warmer on full blast. It took me almost all the way to the gym to get warm but i did warm up a little, left my sweatshirt on and did some smart warmups with weights (how They show you to do them in Now LifeStyle) and I ended up having one of my best workouts in a long time, set a new PR on one exercise, and since my workouts are short, I left feeling like a million bucks.

I had more energy for the remainder of the day, and was able to get stuff done with the wife, get my online advertising done and some content written, and follow up with people who had expressed an interest in joining my business.

I got through all of it quicker than I expected and was left with the bulk of the day still ahead of me, and I was able to soak up some rays and relax with Liz on the patio, and do whatever I wanted! It was awesome!

Remember every day above ground is a blessing, and that no matter how you feel when you get up, just keep saying to yourself that TODAY will be a great day. and go make the most of it, because you never know, TODAY may be the day that changes the rest of your life for the better FOREVER!

Today is a blessing, it's a new day, so make the most of it!

I live in Bangor, Maine and I worked full-time as a RN at a local hospital. In 2010 I started working online Part-time after my mother was disabled by a heart attack. I wanted to build extra income to help with her health care. What started as a way to make extra income has grown into a passion! Over the last several years, it has started to come together for me. I am now able to work online full time It is AMAZING! Over the years I have learned a great deal about marketing on the Internet. I have learned many things that don’t work and and much that DOES work. One thing I have learned is that for me to succeed, I have to help others succeed. So now my focus is on teaching others what I have learned works so that they can avoid the money wasting struggles I went through and finally start making money on the Internet.
