I am 55 years old from the Canada I have been online marketing on and off

for the last 20 years. I did not become rich like I first thought it was

going to, but I did earn few dollars.

I have dabbled in a heck of allot in different programs online hoping each

one would be my big break.

Honestly I have done it all the face to face canvassing to sell health and wellness products to life insurance ad financial products.

I have made money and I certainly have lost a lot of money too, just like

you reading this book I bet it’s happened to you too? I don’t spend all my

time online, I love to relax with my family and hang out with my beautiful

wife.

Whatever your dream, whether that be to travel the world or simply like

me just have time to hang with your family, I want you to know that it is

possible. Just remember I told you this.

Let’s fast forward to today, I am proud to state that I am blessed to be

able to say that I have made it somewhat online, I can make money from

my laptop or smartphone and have complete time and freedom to do

what I want and when I want and I no longer have to worry about

anything.

It wasn’t always like this tho, 7 years ago worked 12 hour shifts at my

day job until one brake time(which I didn’t get paid for) I was thinking

about what life would be like not to have to come back to this again.

Why I am telling you all this is because my success has not come easy

but I want you to know it is achievable for ANYONE and all using social

media as a platform and I will tell you how you can do it too, no secrets; I

will tell you everything unlike others that tend to just brush the service.

Unless you've been living under a rock, it's been impossible for you not

to have seen the amount of people taking to the internet in their quest to

become an entrepreneur mainly int he digital industry and this is

because the average person has become wise to the old ways we were

taught in school and college and them ways just don’t cut it in this digital

era we now live in.

There is light at the end of the tunnel though and I will show you how

1) Finding Your Niche

If you don’t already have a niche or you don’t know what a niche is here

is the definition.

A position particularly well suited to the person who occupies it.

For example if you want to make money online you need to find out what

your niche is or what you are passionate about, otherwise you are just

going to be chasing your tail around in circles and will never really get

anywhere.

So take some time to really think about what niche you want to dive into

because this is how you identify your target market / Audience.

Once you have found your niche and that can be anything from health

right through to training platforms (like me) whatever it is as long as you

are passionate about it you will succeed, now you need to find a product

to promote within that niche. It really is that simple, there is no need

to over complicate it.

If you don’t have any products yet then may I suggest that you start with

mistake of always trying to simply just sell the products I soon realized

that the fastest way to fail is to do this. I am my own brand and once I

mastered this my business exploded as people wanted to be in my team

not the company's team.

your organic traffic and your engagements.

networks worldwide.

Even if you had 000.1 % of them followers that’s 50,000 people and trust

me that is HUGE.

So Let’s Talk About How To Grow Our Instagram Accounts

Avoid These Common Mistakes That I See So Many Doing.

#1 All You Post Is Pictures About Your Company or Product

The reason people head over to Instagram is to see cool pics and

engage with cool stuff, if all you post is pictures about your business

then all you will get is people leaving your profile out of fear that you will

just spam them. They won’t want to stick around for long, TRUST ME on

this one. I have been there and I have the business posts and they just

scare people away. Remember what I told you, you are the brand not

the company.

#2 Do Not Complain All The Time And Quit (JUST DON’T DO IT)

If you are serious about making this work and your future like I think you

are then you need to commit LONGTERM and I mean LONG TERM,

this is a lifestyle not a job.Internet marketing is like a snowball, I promise

you that you might not be making it now but as with a snowball you start

rolling and if you keep on rolling you will grow bigger. I promise stick with

it you are going to make it.

So What Do I Need To Do?

So you look at everyone else and see what they are doing…...Then you

do the total opposite, sounds backwards right ?

You see people putting up pics of their products and spamming up the

news feed.

What should you be posting?????Post exactly what you are doing.

Right at that time, this could just be a quote of how you are feeling or

you are getting ready to go out,remember your life and lifestyle is the

brand and people will learn to love you for this.

Don’t over complicate it :)

You see the beauty of being asocial media magnet is people see you

spending time with your loved ones or you are on holiday while they are

sitting at their desk working a 9 to 5 then they are going to want to know

how you have been able to achieve this. You see where I am going with

this? You Market Your TIME as YOUR FREEDOM. Your lifestyle is your

job, the rest will take care of itself.

I Love To See and Post Motivation and Quotes

great place to start with motivation quotes because at first you might not

be living that lifestyle just yet. Using quotes will gain you a following for

sure in the beginning. Here is ascreen shot of the kind of motivation I am

posting.

SHOUTOUTS..Ask For Them, don’t be scared to approach people

online.

If someone in your team gets on the leader board or gets a top monthly

commissions give them a shoutout. This associates you with successful

people, and trust me it works like a charm.

Don’t be afraid to go over tobigger accounts and DM them for a

shoutout or tag them in a postof yours. What’s the worst they can do

???? Say NO. Some of them maycharge you a small fee but I

completely think this is ok aslong as they have the engagement to follow

through I am all for buyingshoutouts from social media influencers and if

you are lucky you may get acheeky shoutout at no cost to you. Some

marketers like to do a shoutoutfor shoutout, so you are leveraging each

other to try and almost swapfollowers.

The beauty of social media isthey are not sat in front of your face so you

ask for something and theycannot punch you in the face lol they may

block you but that’s not goingto hurt is it ?? If you want to make it online

you have to become ruthless andhave the attitude of a knockback will

only make me grow stronger.

Family Friends Food and AnythingInbetween.

Whenever you are just hangingout with friends or chillin with family,

you're out eating food somewheretake a pic and upload it people love to

see food pics. Don’t ask mewhy but people love to see what you are

eating haha strange us humansain’t we, again this shows a small

amount of lifestyle and that’sthe ultimate goal lifestyle marketing.

HASHTAGS

Hashtags are a really importantthing for you to master, if you don’t know

what a hashtag is you need tolearn and quick. Every picture you upload

should be hashtagged correctlyso people can find you. Otherwise how

do you expect new people to knowyou exist ??

what they are hashtagging. It’sreally important that the tags are

placed in the comments box a fewseconds after posting the image

or vid to keep your page lookingnice and tidy.

Your bio is also reallyimportant, like mega important

You want to add a cool profilepic, maybe you out enjoying yourself but

keep it professional too. Youdon’t want a picture of you drunk on the

floor, yes we are showing alifestyle but lets be honest that’s not the

lifestyle everyone wants tolive.

Add your name and phone/cellnumber

Add a couple of facts aboutyourself

Use some emojis (but not tomany) to jazz it up a bit and finally link your

website for easy click for yourprospects to navigate to your site, where

you should have a capture pageto capture the prospects details. That

detail becomes a lead which willbecome a sale.

By adding a few EMOJIS it willmake your bio stand out, but remember

to keep it professional as overuse can make you look desperate. I am

all for a few emojis…..

I tend to change my bio everyfew weeks to keep it fresh and engaging.

So How Do I Get My Followers

Here is how I actually get myfollowers if I am doing it manually!!! so

taking into account everythingwe just spoke about up there at the top. I

post a picture then everytimesomeone likes it or follows me I will go to

their page see what they areabout, I then click on their followers and I

follow the first 20 and I repeatthis a few times a day going from account

to account making sure I do notgo over the the followers limit on IG.

The reason I follow the top 20at the top of the followers list is because

they are the most active usersand we know they follow back ;)

I then choose 10 accounts tolike 3 pictures and comment on 1 you will

find that the account owner willautomatically check out who the hell you

are and why you liked their page;p

Have I managed to keep you untilhere…..wow you are like in the

4% of people that want toactually succeed

comments

2. Targeting: Tags only

For new users, targetingInstagram accounts by Tags is a great way to get started. In order totarget the best hashtags, think about your niche and do someresearch. Are you a

photography account? Try testingphotography-related tags and see how those work for you.

I openly admit I automate my dm messages to all new followers and I do

direct them to my bio.

When using and automated DMmessage you do not want to over

promote yourself or your pagesometimes just thanking the new

followers for the follow willsimply be enough to open up a conversation

so you can get to know and fullyengage with your new found fan.

Instagram Stories

Instagram Stories appear in abar at the top of

yourfeed — and all Instagram accounts will be

able to share stories, from yourbest friends to

your favorite popular accounts.When there’s

something new to see, theirprofile photo will

have a colorful ring around it.

To view someone’s story, yousimply need to tap

on their profile photo, andtheir story will appear

full-screen, showing you all ofthe content

they’ve posted in the last24hrs, the content will

play in chronological order fromoldest to newest.

Once you’re viewing a story,you can tap to go

back and forward or swipe tojump to another

person’s story. Unlike regularposts, there are no

likes or public comments but youcan reply direct

to their PM...

How to Create a Story

To create a story on Instagram,you have to tap a

new “+” icon at the topleft-hand corner of the

screen, or you can reveal thestory camera by

simply swiping left.

Once the story camera is openyou can take a

photo or record a video, just asyou would

normally on Instagram. Afteryou’ve recorded

your video or taken a photo, youcan use a range

of filters and also add text anddrawings to your

content.

Once your story is posted youcan also view some

basic analytics, showing you howmany times

each post in your story has beenviewed and who

has viewed it. When watchingyour own story,

swipe up to check out this dataand who’s seen

each photo and video.

You can also choose to feature aparticular part of

your story by posting it on yourprofile so it will

appear within the feed. To dothis, tap the upload

button (highlighted in the belowimage).

Pro-Tip: How to Add Contentfrom Your Camera Roll

There’s a cool Instagramstories feature that

allows you to upload contentcreated within the

last 24hrs from your smartphonecamera roll. To

do this, simply swipe downwardson the stories

camera, and you’ll see thelatest content from

your camera roll appear at thetop of your screen.

From here, simply select thecontent you’d like to

add to your story.

Privacy

Your story follows the privacysettings of your

account. If you set your accountto private, your

story is visible only to yourfollowers. However,

you can also easily hide yourentire story from

anyone you don’t want to seeit, even if they

follow you.

Just like on facebook you cannow go live on Instagram,

the only difference is thatafter you have finished the live

will disappear. This is anabsolute game changer for

Instagram and if I was you Iwould be doing at least 1

live a day and with time youwill perfect the art of public

speaking. Instagram live will help you brand yourself and

have your fans and followers hanging on every word you

say.
